In order for us to maximise your broadband speed we will test your existing speed over the phone, and see if a Broadband Accelerator visit can improve your speed.

If we can improve your speed we will then book your engineer visit to improve your broadband speed by optimising your home computer, internal wiring and home networks.

If we cannot improve your broadband speed by at least 0.5Mb you will not be charged for any part of this service.
